If you want to use some of your AM2 stuff, the ASRock A770DE+ is great (I have it) and for an inexpensive AM3, I have the Biostar TA880GU3+. It's not the Gigabyte, Asus, Top-Shelf-Gee-I-Drive-Volvo-Type, but it has many features.
